What: Brick workout, i.e. some biking followed by running. Our guest coach, Cindy Bucek of Southwest Cyclery [http://northwestcyclery.com/map.cfm?StoreID=2] is a seasoned cycling coach and has trained many triathlon teams. She will lead us through a discussion on bike preparation, cycling technique and what to expect on race day. She is a GREAT resource, and we are very fortunate to have her support!
We will follow up our cycling approximate 45 minute bike ride with about 20 minutes of Running/Walking. This will help get you used to transitioning between the two sports on race day.
When:
Saturday, February 28 from 8am to 10am. Please be on time ! Note that with other teams meeting there as well, parking is very difficult.

George Bush Park, Hwy 6, Houston TX 77082! Look for the COCI sign!
Directions: We will meet at the parking lot on Hwy 6 beside the VALERO gas station. The light is the "T" road "Briar Forest Dr.” It is along Hwy 6 between I-10 and the Westpark Tollroad.
