Training Session #2 is here, and we hope you are ready! Experienced Triathlete and Guest Coach Brian Watson will educate the Team on everything you need to know about the Bike portion of your triathlon!
Saturday January 31
8am to 10am
What to bring?
Bring your bike, helmet, bike shoes and bike attire. Make sure you bring a bottle to hydrate during the bike. You can also bring your running shoes. For those of you who feel like it, we can go for a short 15~20 min run afterwards.
NOTE: Even if you can't bring your bike on Saturday, ATTEND THIS SESSION! You do not want to miss it!
Picnic Loop (Memorial Park). Same location as Training Session #1. Be sure to be there early to easily find a parking spot. We will meet at the picnic tables in front of the restrooms at the start of the loop.
Going North on 610, Exit Memorial Drive/Go right (east) on Woodway Drive/Go through the first light/At the SECOND light, turn right on N. Picnic Lane/We will meet adjacent to the small parking lot on your immediate left/There is additional parking to your right.
