Only 2 more training sessions before the Cinco Ranch triathlon on October 26th. So here's the lowdown for this session :
What : brick workout, i.e. some biking followed by running. The details are yet TBD as we're synching up with our special guest coach, Ann Smith. If you just want to run or ride, you should still join us early to benefit from the tips given by our coaches.
When : Saturday, October 11th from 7am to 9am. Please be on time ! Note that with other teams meeting there as well, parking is very difficult.
Where : Picnic Loop at Memorial Park. We usually meet by the picnic tables next to the small parking lot at the entrance of the bike loop (South Picnic Loop). Look for the COCI logo !
