Let's meet at Memorial Park as usual (see previous post for location details) - Saturday 10/04/08.
What we will do :
The training will consist of the following
1) warm-up on the bike for 10 min
2) ride for 30 min
4) run / walk for 20 min
We will do the ride around the Picnic loop. The transition will happen at the usual meeting spot (where we're meeting at 7am).
For the run, make sure you bring a watch or run with someone who has one. We will run the Memorial trail 10 min out, 10 min back, with a reverse split (out slow, back faster).
We will be helping during transition and we will be available after the training to answer questions regarding transition best practices.
What to bring :
Bike, helmet, bike attire, water bottle(s), bike shoes, towel, running shoes, running attire, watch, shades, lotion, mosquito repellent, some food (gues, blocks, etc.).
