Clinic Postponed !!!

Due to the presence of Ike in the Gulf and the possible landfall near Houston, we are postponing the clinic at Finish Line Sports that was scheduled on Saturday (09/13).

We're working with Andy to find a suitable date (possibly next Saturday) to have the clinic.

Clinic at Finish Line Sports

This Saturday (09/13) Team COCI will meet at Finish Line Sports in Sugar Land for a special clinic focused on swimming and running.

Where : Finish Line Sports - 13895 Southwest Fwy, Sugar Land, TX

When : Saturday, September 13th - 8am to 10am

PLEASE BE THERE ON TIME !

What : this clinic will focus specifically on swimming and a little bit on running and transition (gears, technics, etc.).

Markell Lacy will be speaking to us about swimming. She teaches Masters class at First Colony Swim Team and is an accomplished triathlete (and Ironman finisher).

Andy Stewart (owner of Finish Line Sports) will talk to us about the right equipment for running and swimming as well as equipment that can facilitate transitions.

What to bring : a lawn chair, a notepad and pen, and a cup of your favorite drink (just kidding).
