Tip of the week : 'Sup Doc ???
Can't remember the last time you've been to your Doctor's office ? Well it might be a good idea to go for your annual checkup. Get a bloodwork, talk to your doctor about what you're planning on doing.
Do it now ! Training is about to start. Nothing like a good summary of where your body is at. Then you can compare after the triathlon :).
