We will begin our training program on Saturday, August 2nd at 7:00AM.
All participants should have received their binders with the training schedule in it. If you haven't please email me and I'll make sure Gabrielle provides you one.
Starting on August 2nd, and every other week-end thereof, we will be meeting at a specified location, to do brick workouts, talk about the basics of triathlon, share information about each other's training, etc.
So check out this blog often -- or at least on Friday evenings -- to make sure you know the location and time of the training sessions, as well as the suggested or required items to bring with you.
Our goal is to support YOUR goal. Most likely that is to participate in the Hi-Fi triathlon in October -- or the Lone Star in March (you're starting early!). So feel free to ask questions, or post comments on this site -- which was created FOR you.
